Alert Rules

Saved filters from /sourcing/picks, /catalog, and /operators. Each rule snapshots the matching record set at creation; the daily cron compares yesterday's snapshot against today's and emails you when new records appear. Per-tier quotas: Scout 5 / Pro 20 / Protect 50.
